Best DJ solo tracks or DJ Songs.....

Post by Galvatron78 »

to me "Funky Piano" still is the shit and proof that a dope DJ can make wonderful groups perfect. The reason i made this thread is because I'm on a DJ Scratch ass-kissing spree, I'm watching this old ass battle that he did this fool was flashing and going back and forth on the tables while taking off his clothes(!!!) and I noticed after that every single DJ started to bite that flash move. My favorite shit from him though is when he did the "Jason Mask" routine, and plus to me he really augmented EPMD's tracks and "Funky Piano" is one of the illest ever. I left some of the obvious choices out in History such as bear Witness and damn near all of Run-Dmc's jam Master Jay dominated songs for obvious reasons.

I was gonna go with what everybody will probably select (Primo), but at the last minute I decided on Jeff.

That song is unlistenable and should be retitled "chinese torture".

"Eric B. is on the cut" is slightly better, but "Eric B. never scared" and "Eric B. made my day" are what's up.

Alladin was simply put, "disgusting" on the decks and way ahead of his time. Cash Money was a close second. Jazzy Jeff however is the best all-around dj on that list.

Hence my sarcasm. I think all the DJ cuts on that album are wack.

I prefer Bear Witness on the Dr Octagon album to any of these but i guess that was qbert and dan the automator. Id probably go for Dj premier in deep concentration from these.
