OK so I didn't even know this existed but I picked it up used today. I haven't really sat down and listened to it in depth but it's very strange. It's almost a spoken word album with Professor X doing his weird voice thing that sounds like he is telling some kind of folktale all the time, no matter what he says.

I hesitate to say that this will be in rotation very often, but it is definitely cool to own as a kind of a curiousity album, and some of the beats, while nothing exceptional seemed fairly ahead of their time.

thoughts?

Okay so I listened to the whole thing after I posted this, and wow, this got reallllly old really quick, it's like the same song for five minutes each ten times in a row. His voice gets old really quickly.

dissapointing.

i like this album.

its along the same lines as puss n boots.

really, what can you expect from professor x.

some of the production on this album is top notch, some of the lyrics are fresh, but overall, its a solid 3 mic effort. i love the nostalgia value, and i'm a big professor x fan.
