It's a song called "a day in the life" by an artist called Les Demerle
who was some old late sixties Blue Note jazz artist
and the album it's on is called "spectrum"
^ Teh cover
but you ain't finding it, not even on cd, for under $30 these days
and i don't think it's on any of the best of.. Les Demerle compilations.
And, no, i don't have an mp3 of it.

YOU'LL LIVE, ONLY AS LONG AS I LET YOU!
*YOU OWE ME YOUR LIFE!*
YOU'LL DIE AS SOON AS GIVE THE ORDER TO DEAD YOU!
*KILL 'UM!!!!*
LIFE AND DEATH- THE FACTS THAT'LL ALWAYS GET YOU!
Oh, I'm sorry... I was just thinking how much fun it would be to stab someone to death to this song by Les De Merle.
You owe me your fucking lives, niggas.

I read a Monche interview, in either On The Go or Fat Lace, where he said he was the first to use the Les Demerle loop during the studio sessions for "stress.."
Buckwild was there at the time and went nuts when he heard it
so Monche, being the nice guy he is, told Buckwild he'd let him use it for their boy O.C
i think Monche said that he even ghost-produced the original demo of "time's up" as Buckwild couldn't quite catch the loop like he had on the sampler.

welcome to the golden age... youd be suprised how many of the best beats from this era were straight jacksmanwhore wrote:holy sheeit man.
i didnt know it was a complete jack.
so what do you guys think about this? i mean to me it seems that its all too easy to just jack the whole loop, drums and all. i really thought just the bass thing was a sample and the drums were programmed.
still, dope as fuck song. no hating.
