Both are classics, but I feel that The Geto Boyz' contribution here sounds dated, whereas Bone Thug's contribution is timeless and if it never came out in the mid 1990s and came out today it would still be very much contemporary and still as classic as it really is.
My vote:
Bone Thugs and Eazy-E - For da Luv of $

I would have personally tweaked a few songs here and there, but I couldn't really hate on any particular choice--EXCEPT "Foe tha Love of $." This Bone Thugs song is truly terrible. If you like this song, then there are a lot of things that you and I will probably never see eye-to-eye on. Really, it's Eazy's verse, perhaps one of the worst verses ever recorded in rap history, that puts the final nail in the coffin. Overall, the song is uninspired, and the trademark lazy drawl sounds like a mouth full of marbles on this track. My friends and I still reference this track when we are talking about shitty music: "Oh yeah, 'Amusement Park' sucks, but at least it's no 'Foe tha Luv of $'."
G-g-g-g-Geto Boys.
