not really a request, just a question.

some of you may have the Ill Kid Jumbo Sampler which there is a track on it called HL Rock - Put You On Lockdown. it haves a sample with Guru's voice sayin' "Welcome to your new home punk, i hope it's confortable". can anyone tell me from where this part is? sounds more like a line from a movie rather then a song.
