I need help on this one. Does anyone know where's the instrumental from? Well it says "freestyle", but i don't know about its origin. The lyrics are from the track "Give it up" (1995). I would appreciate the information, it's been a while since i have been trying to track the source of this more vibrant hardcore version. And i have listened to the Mystik Journeymen old tapes, still nothing. There was a video uploaded with the live performance (from the german channel VIVA), which i think it was removed later on due to copyright infringement.

Does anyone have Jae Supreme's "40th Side of Things" with Nas and Mega? I downloaded a rip of the Life Work EP a while ago but I just realized that some of the songs are not split up in the files. And I need that song isolated.
