Am I the only one on here who recognizes how incredibly dope boogiemonsters 2nd album is? I like their first one which had some classics no doubt, but "God Sound" is unrealized greatness. Had a much more mature, dark sound, but it was for a reason. It revolved around Illuminati -esque lyrics. They spit knowledge on the soon to come future. A very underrated classic in my eyes I guess which is only meant for those who know whats up with the current (very serious) state of political affairs. Most of ya'll need to recognize. Those who havent peeped that shit in a while, better yet ever, need to do themselves a favor and stop sleeping on that shit... straight up...that is all.

The CD has both mixes on it, doesn't it??? The album version and the Jazziness remix (which was the one from the video)...
Nope there was only the Jazziness remix which wasn't the same as the one in the vid, hence the aforementioned guttedness.

Boogiemonsters for me. RotS is a personal favorite of mine, and better than any of the other albums by both groups.

I'd rank them

Riders of the Storm
Gravity
Ambushed
God Sound

I actually just started a thread about the Boogiemonsters last week trying to find every track ever made by them. Didn't get too much of a response though.

very close call, but i gotta go with boogiemonsters. they were more consistent. bushbabees kinda did a style change from album 1 to album 2. from faster harder raps to mellow/melodic concious type shit. kinda like the opposite of the UMC's change from 'bluecheese' softness to 'ill demonic clique' styles on the unleashed album.

was jamming to the riders of the storm tape just yesterday in my homies car that only has a tape deck.
