K.J. Fling – Macka (I’ll slide You)
General Levi – Dem no wicked
I don't but i know who does. He had both of those tracks in his mix. DJ Mek. I've been in contact with him in the past....he's a good dude, and will prolly help you out. You can contact him thru his Soundcloud page here:
looks like it was released a year before. but it's pretty much the same comp, except this has some dancehall reggae versions, instead of hiphop-reggae
Haha yeah I noticed...
Rich do you remember this one man?
Also do you have the Big Blunts comps ripped at 320 and Tiger-Nobody Move (Remix) please?
In fact I have a massive list of wants and I am still trying to track down the ones in your sig.

Hey Jaz...I wanted those too. I know this girl around my way who is selling these, but since I've been out of work for awhile, I don't have the cash to buy them. If you're interested in buying them, let me know and I can pass you her contact info. She's got a pretty good collection

Only got this one:
Born Jamericans - Send My Love (Send One Your Love) (CDM) (1998)

Jaz, you had mentioned that you were looking for this track (which I had never heard of before). A friend of mine kindly ripped it for me, so I thought I'd post it up here for the Phila fam. This one is more on the commercial/R&B sounding vibe...
I used to have this 12" but the name and artist just escapes me...I am thinking...Kenny Dope, Nubian Crackers or something on Weeded or Wreck records.
It's Nubian Crackers "Gotta Make a Living (Tight Punani Mix)". I also had this on vinyl, but lost it. I see it here on iTunes though...I'll probably cop the album at some point when I can afford it. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/artist/nubi ... d204576217
FYI - i've finished phase #2 of my 90's reggae-hiphop mixtape, which is planning instrumentals to pair with acapellas (i had over 125 acapellas, which is why it's been taking me forever). Now I'm on phase #3 which is learning to make party breaks like the Nubian Crackers/Kenny Dope/Crooklyn Clan etc. I found a guy around my way who says he'll charge me $25 an hour to teach me how to do it on Ableton...I figure I'll be able to learn in 1 hour. Once I finish making a few party breaks, I'll be onto the final phase, which is recording.

Sounds really dope and yeah thanks Rich, I ended up remembering it last night haha
