Matches with chale were a lot of fun. Wanted a ryu mirror rematch but thought it would be disrespectful after he mopped me up.

Looking forward to doing battle with choke too but I'm still sketchy about playing his rose. I just don't know how to punish any of her moves.

Id like to see a video of choke v chale at some point as well.

T&b-my computer is pretty bad ass but there's no super secret info. I just ended up pissing off the wrong over sensitive dude.

Faceless, been a rough week for me. Missed you by 4 minutes last night though haha.

I think tomorrow I'll be good around 7 pm. And early morning/afternoon saturday would probably work as well.

You think you'd be able to capture it all on video? I gotta go grab some batteries for my canon if not, and maybe we could figure something where I film the first couple games, then you film a few, something.....

Just a quick update cause I gotta go:

Faceless and I had the championship match and holy fuck was it ever epic.

I swept every round I think in the first 3 matches, and thought I was cruising to victory. Then he storms back to take match 4 and 5 to make it 3-2, I take the 6th to make it 4-2, then he wins the 7th and 8th to make it 4-4.

The 9th and final match went the distance, 6 rounds.

Fucking ridiculous.

I ended up winning. Cant WAIT to watch the vids, there was a lot of crazy shit. Near perfects by him ,a timeout victory by me, some lucky ass shit by me. Just good shit all around.

It was a pleasure.

here are the vids finally. unfortunately, my battery ran out during the taping so i missed 2 of the matches i won and the last round of our last match. pretty lame because that was one helluva bout. i had the camera charged and ready on friday, but i used the camera that night and didn't think to charge it in the morning.

congrats to choke, he took the crown in impressive fashion. it took me 4 matches to win a round! i'm surprised it ended up being as close as it was because it felt lop-sided as fuck.

definitely down for another tourney. no tourney--then i at least want a rematch, choke!

also, i'm not sure what happened to the vids of my fight with chale but i only have two rounds of that series. i'll try to upload those again.

Thanks for posting those! Shame about the lost matches, but I'm guessing I would have missed some if I tried taping too. I need a bigger memory card and some batteries for the next tourney if it happens.

I'd be down for one.

God I got so lucky on some of those earlier matches. I cant believe some of the things I was able to block. lol

Yeah it took me those three first matches to finally realize that the recovery time on your moves were way too quick for me to punish off of block with ultra. Even your ultra couldn't be punished on block. I think I even tried getting you with an ex sonic boom after you missed your ultra and I still couldn't tag you.

I couldn't believe some of the shit you either blocked or dodged. At one point you jumped in and were directly above me and my ultra (which is mostly useless except for as an anti air due to its long start up) still missed you!

My girl actually bought me a te stick the other day so it will be interesting to see how much of a difference that makes if we meet again. I made some fatal mistakes in that last match. First time I lost track of time during a match in a long while

Couldn't find the actual SFIV page but here's some new info taken from http://streetfighterblog.blogspot.com/

According to several posters on srk and other boards, this is some of the stuffs that will be included in SFIV Dash:

- 2 New Characters: Hakan, and Arab grappler, and Juri an asian girl who works for Seth

- the leaked roster from last week is real

- Guile has Sonic Hurricane

- The game's name is Super Street Fighter IV

- Everyone has two Ultras at once. No selection. Commands don't overlap.

- One super, two ultras. Except Sakura, who has Shinkuu Hadoken back for 2 and 2. All 3S characters have all three of their supers, except one is super and two are ultra.

- Rufus can cancel-break the last hit of Spectacle Romance, or the launch kick of Space Opera Symphony.

- Guy has his chains

- Dudley now has ten target combos, up from nine in 3S.

- Cody is the only character with an Alpha Counter. Yes, he has the knife.

- Makoto has her super as Tanden Renki. May be possible to activate with an Ultra charged to commence the rape time.

- Gen gets a new air Ultra. He still doesn't hagve his chains back at this point.

- Juri's top may bear a vague resemblance to Shiki, with a bit of Hinata hair.

- Expect the return of the many familiar supers, and a few new ones like Metsu
Shoryuken. Return of Kikosho, Sonic Hurricane, Denjin(Gouken), Tiger Cannon.

- Expect sick names like Breathless, Yoga Shangri-La, Psycho Punisher and Demon Armageddon.

- Expect a lot of air activated ultras, i.e; Siberian Blizzard, Gief's ****ing air 720. Yes, you read that correctly.

- Return of the bonus stage."

The game will apparently be revealed tomorrow at TGS.

This makes me very excited. Bring on Super Street Fighter IV!!!!!

Returning from SF3: Ibuki, Makoto, and Dudley
Returning from SF2: DeeJay and T-Hawk
Returning from Alpha: Guy, Cody, and Adon
in addition to 2 completely new characters.

Most of this sounds like complete bullshit but I thought it's nice to share.

next year tho??? these money hungry bastards should put all these characters in the orignal game..... we will see how shit plays out, its seems like everything we learned we will have to re-learn or whatever. I should be game by next year.

I forget the dude's name but the lead developer has stated that the game will not be full price. Can't wait to see if they nerf sagat and zangief.
