i used to love this game but it was too hard without the cheat... i was super young tho

...the sequal was even better

i won this shit from the cap of a 2 liter of coke or pepsi. it said 'you win iron sword' i didnt know what that meant.

My Top 5 SNES RPGs of all time:

1. FFIV
2. FFVI
3. Chrono Trigger
4. Earthbound
5. Secret of Mana

although VI and Chrono Trigger are pretty even in quality and essentially unmatched, playing IV for the DS recently (props to ric for the zip) has re-affirmed IV as the best RPG of all time for the music, story, and really, setting the bar for almost all RPGs to come after it.

People always big up Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle, but a lot of those later generation LucasArts point 'n' clicks were incredible: Full Throttle, The Dig, and especially Grim Fandango (which is the GOAT of the genre as far as I'm concerned).

I have no idea how this could have happened, but I don't think I ever played Fate of Atlantis :fail:

i agree with your list, sym. also, i spent many hours of my youth playing xcom.

i used to name my soldiers after myself and my friends, and i'd feel bad when one of them died.
