You can hate me now

- Axelay is very overrated and sucks to me.

- Ikaruga is very very overrated it doesn't hold a candle to Radiant Silvergun

- Streets of Rage 3 is not a bad game

- Smackdown vs. Raw 2005 is the closest american game to beating Firepro

earthbound is the high water mark for turn-based RPGs.

basketball games haven't done anything interesting or innovative since the dreamcast.

madden has been wack since 2005.

metroid was substantially better as a 2d game.

Ico is overated to fuck

Out of all the popular consoles the playstaion has the worst joypads (probably except for the very first official xbox pad till they trimmed it down)

Def Jam Vendetta is better than all the wwe, wcw ect wrestling games, aint played that firepro one mentioned tho

Colin Mcrae Dirt 2 was hands down the best game of 09

Sega All Star Racing is better than the gamecube & wii mario karts

street fighter characters beyond turbo have been gimmicky

Single player games became irrelevant once cable modems/DSL came out.

Goldeneye sucks. (quake 2 was out at the same time and was a 10x better/more advanced game)

GTA became shit once it went 3D.

Im not into playing 15 year old boys who look like girls and who spend 90% of the game bitching.
If the stories from these games were live action movies instead of game stories they would be universally panned by all except the nerdiest of the nerds.
To be honest I cant single out Square most of the game industry fails miserably with their stories with Bioshock and Uncharted being the only two recent exceptions that come to mind.

Also co-sign Fallout 3 being overrated I found it to be far to restrictive for an open world game.

The second one has a pretty good online setup. It's actually the only game i actively play online (although that may be due to the fact that I am a pussy and fps's make me sick to my stomach)
