I saw the husband crying with his wife shot by him. Then he proceeded to shoot himself in the head.

lol yeah I saw that one too, a UN style remix of that random encounter in the first one.

I've read somewhere that when you come across the original encounter where the guy shoots himself after shooting his wife, you can shoot the gun out of his hand before he offs himself. C/D anybody?

I was late on this... Needless to say,

Question: I only have the regular version but want to get the expansion set and everything. Do I trade it in for the GOTY edition (old saves are not compatible with this one right?) or do I just get Undead Redemption and download all the other extras. Does the expansion interact with the old saves?

(no Red Dead Revolution news, pardon me duns)

Pretty sure the expansion is a standalone game.

Started a new game again a couple of weeks ago. Just got 100% completion! First time I've ever done that in any game.

Started up a new game of this on Xbox One. I've been getting sucked into just playing Texas Hold 'em for hours, LOL.

Cannot fucking wait.
Trying to not let my expectations out of control but hoping this makes a big a leap between games as GTA did between IV and V.

I'm ready, hope they dont do it like GTAV tho and focus only on online and leave the single player hanging, can't believe R* didn't even drop one single DLC for story mode.

Fuck DLC. GTAV did it right and made the game perfect and complete on day 1.

Anyways, John Marsten is back yo. Shit is a prequel.

Ramen is right to be concerned, though.

Single player DLC was announced for GTAV on Rockstar's blog back in Dec. 2013. Three years later and a whopping $3,000,000,000 revenue from the success of the game and its online mode, and it's obvious Rockstar stopped giving a fuck about single-player content. Would be a shame, if they pull the same stunt with RDR2, since GTAIV's The Lost & the Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony and RDR's Undead Nightmare were great single player extensions to their respective games.

Word. I'm super excited for this but on the fence on whether I should pick it up right away. Still need to finish Far Cry 5 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Zelda Breath of the Wild and have South Park The Fractured But Whole, Horizon Zero Dawn, Wolfenstein II, Prey and a bunch of other games still sitting around in their original plastic.

I'm in the same boat. Probably going to intend to hold off and still buy it within a week of its release because I'm weak.

It's the most anticipated game of the year; every other game is getting put on hold.
