It means he used an emulator and used editing tricks, exploits, glitches, slo-motion and shit like that.

Yeah, that's true. The guy in that video makes it look effortless and he's riding the "donkey bike" which makes it harder too. If you try that track for yourself, you'll probably end up more like the guy in the video that Spartan posted.
