There's 3 packs in total, split into 2 parts.
The first part is a single DLC pack called "Clash in the Clouds" and it's basically like a horde/wave mode. It's $5 and will be available later today for PC and whenever the PSN and Xbox Live stores update for consoles. Trailer: -
Eurogamer's REVIEW where they give it 7/10.
The second part is a lot more interesting and is split into 2 DLC packs. It's called "Burial at Sea" and is a 2-part detective story set in Rapture on New Year's Eve in 1958. In the first part you get to play as Booker, but in the second part you get to play as Elizabeth. Episode 1 will be out later this year, but it sounds like episode 2 isn't coming until 2014. It does sound like it'll be pretty substantial though. Trailer for episode 1: -

The 2nd Burial at Sea pack is out today - a hefty 9.1GB download on Steam. It's getting some really good reviews and sadly, it will be the last thing Irrational Games ever releases.
