The Xbox One and PC versions are out now ($20/£16), and the 360 version is coming later in the year. It's a 2D game, so I wouldn't imagine that the required specs are that high for PC.

So far it's reviewed really well. It's sitting on an average score of 89% from 37 reviews.

I'm not too far into it yet. It's a beautiful game and the sound/music is superb too. If you like platform games, I'm fairly certain that you'll love it.

It is a Microsoft published game. It is not impossible for it to happen, but it is probably a long ways off if it does.
