i heard some journalist write "super mario maker is the twitter of video games"

it's interactive in an easily accessible way. looking at some of the user created content you can see how methodical the nintendo designers were in their level design, and at the same time how limited compared to the potential of the tools they built for themselves. i would have voted for this anyway because i'm a filthy casual who prefers platformers to control-stick fps (and violently hates rpgs), but the social element really takes it to the next level.

same situation. but i was in university for half this year and i was broke for the second half. only 2015 game i own is gta v for PC.

Game came out 2 years ago though. It getting a PC port doesn't make it a 2015 game.
