I really don't. I did it once before but the net has changed. Now I am, once again, in the dark. I, too, want to post funny pics and contribute to the humor in p&b but am unable to do so due to my computer illiteracy and my lack of internet saviness.

I AM IGNORANT.

You have to have a host on the Internet.

Once you get that, put the picture up on the host site. Go to the picture, right click, properties. Get the Picture URL.
