I haven't seen all of BB so I can't speak on Walt Jr or Skylar, but I'd say the remainder of characters are intentionally written to be irritating intentionally. The exception being Carl, but TWD don't not know how to write for children, they just don't know how to write for human being.

Naevia (Spartucus)

Sure character development in Spartacus is hardly worth taking seriously, so seeing Naevia turn from a fragile slave woman to a bat shit, head-chopping killing machine in just a few episodes is pretty much acceptable for this show. What annoys me however, is her fucking Yoko Ono bullshit. She turned Crixus, the show's resident badass into her emotionally conflicted bitch for the majority of two seasons. With all the dope "Oh shit!" type moments whenever major heroes and villains died, I found myself wanting her to die quick time in every fucking episode. I would also like to add that the original actress who played Naevia was a lot better imo, and had better tits.

are we basing the annoying-ness assessment on the actor being shitty or the character simply being annoying in the context of the show? I ask because someone like Skylar or Joffrey is actually a decent actor, they're just given material to work with that makes them a character that viewers are against.

Carl, on the other hand, is a TERRIBLE actor, no matter how shitty his character is SUPPOSED to be. If acting skill (or lack thereof) is the determining factor, you could list most of the cast of The Walking Dead.

Vote goes to Dana Brody, hands down. Shitty actress and horrible waste of time for the show.
