The triumvirate is GI Joe, He-Man, and Transformers. Really hard to choose between em, but I'm going Transformers today. Thundercats was great too, but it's on tier 2 with Mask.

90s Spidermans one of the actual greatest rather than some buzzfeed you know youre a 70s baby shit

That, Batman, X-Men, maybe Superman hold up better than most their film counterparts

Fuck you for this!!! Making me pick between GI Joe, Transformers, and Spiderman. If you put X-Men in there I would have had to murder you.

I am again unfamiliar with most of this. i spent half of my life outside of north america so most of these shows were virtually non-existent in my neck of the woods. the original ghostbusters was tight though. when i watched it, it seemed pretty old at the time. i wonder when it was originally released? late 70s early 80s?

The movie it was based on was released in 84; the series ran from 86-91.

Isn't the real ghostbusters the one that is not based on the movies? I used to get pissed as kid about the one the one that is not based on the movie.

oh, i thought it was the reverse, i.e. that the movie was based on the cartoon. loved the show though. i should re-watch it one of these days.

Seriously.

TAS would take it easily. Someone construct a pt. 5 to this series.

This morning I was having an argument with my ex on whether TAS could be reasonably classified as Dieselpunk. I was adamant in my refusal, as it just didn't compute. When I think dieselpunk I think WWII, the 20s and the 30s. TAS does not fit into that mold, although I will admit that the aesthetic, as far as the fashions and the noir feel of it seem to be inspired by that era.

Because it was already in one of these polls. Hence, the first post of this thread being the words, FROM THE LIST.

all good. it just gets annoying making polls that someone always has to be that guy and complain about something not being an option. #modproblems

Anyone voting Ghostbusters is a racist who approves of Ernie Hudson getting cockblocked from voicing Winston, imho.

Only one of these shows had a spin-off movie where Orson Welles voiced a monolithic galaxy eating artificial planet days before his death. That's the one I'm voting for.
