Deathgasm (low budget heavy metal splatter horror)
IDK what it is about Australia/NZ that makes it so conducive to creating great over the top horror/gore comedies but it seems to be at work here again. Some comparisons to early Raimi might apply too

Definitely in the same vein as Evil Dead 2 and early Peter Jackson. Doesn't realistically hit those lofty heights, but this film was still a lot of fun and well worth checking out.
