LA Confidential is my vote and one of my favourite movies of all time, but I've seen Starship Troopers, and will watch it anytime it comes on, more than any other flick on the list.

LA Confidential in a landslide as far as my personal taste is concerned. I watch it at least once or twice a year.
The Game would be my second choice.
I don't care for any of the actors in Starship Troopers aside from Michael Ironside, and the star is a flaming homo.
Fifth Element is like an ackbarian science fiction experience.
Grosse Point Blank has a dope soundtrack, so even though John Cusack sucks, at least he has good taste in music.
Cop Land has a cast that rivals Heat, and I'll watch it if I'm flipping through the channels, but afterwards, it always seems like a regrettable experience. It's kind of like eating at Taco Bell.
I've never seen Face Off. The late 90s might have been a good era for Nick Cage, but I'm hesitant to take that plunge. I generally have good instincts when it comes to stuff like this.
I have yet to see Lost Highway.

Otherwise these are all cool. LA Confidential, then Face Off, Lost Highway, Fifth Element and Grosse Point Blank
Face Off is a top 5, or at least top 10, 90s action flick imho. Starship Troopers is great but one battle too long. The Game is too but suspension of disbelief unravels at the end when the mental plotholes get too blatant, I forget whether its been bitten heavily or the other way round. Dated either way, Men In Black doubly so but the alien in the dude suits still pretty special.

Gross Pointe Blank. Hard for me to not vote for one of Cusack's best films.
