It's going to be a painful wait for the final 8 eps after this shortened 8 ep season.

This season will just fly by.

I would have preferred one final extra long 16 ep final season, but they were never going to do that.

Seasons 1-4 box set on iTunes for $50. Comes out to about a buck an episode.

It's technically one season just with a break in the middle

i'm curious as to what comes of the ted benekee situation and the check that was sent to the irs. and as someone mentioned in the season 4 thread, i think it will be totally badass if they start cooking in the carwash.

i can't imagine that Walt would risk blowing his cover like that, nor do i think bitchy (and pretty smart) Skylar would allow it

The "order ready" bell at the Denny's at the beginning was a nice touch.

Great to have it back, obviously the most interesting part was the flash forward sequence that opened.

-Walt turning 52. Show started when he turned 50.
-Hair back
-Coughing in the bathroom...cancer back?
-Hundo tip, Walt still a boss
-Getting ready for a shootout with who?

Likely a tease to the final episode of the season...or series? Who knows.

i've gotta say i was very surprised by this episode. last season (aside from victor getting his throat slit) started off extremely slow, so i was expecting more of the same especially because this season is 16 episodes, but god damn.
