its almost tied, with arrested development having a sentimental place in my heart and having some of the greatest characters and plot ever
BUT
30rock is creeping on the come up.
3 seasons vs 3 seasons, arrested development.
3seasons vs 3+ sesons of 30 rock, 30rock will eventually win out.

Arrested Development was sweet, but not as sweet as some nerdy fagz would have you believe.

Tina Fey and Baldwin are not funny on the show...

I think tracy morgan is one of the funniest people on the planet and don't even laugh when hes on screen.

Its Always Sunny is the only thing touching arrested development, and the humor is so different that I really wouldn't compare the two shows.

AD was internet overrated or maybe just too much hype on Philaflava. Good show with some very GREAT characters but 30 Rock is a better overall show. It's better produced too.

AD is nonstop hilarity.

30 Rock struggles at times, but is generally very good. I'd splack Tina Fey like she was the last pussyhole on Earth if given the chance.

AD wins, but 30 Rock has moments that compete with it.

Both shows are really good, but AD is MUCH better than 30 Rock. The ensemble acting and the writing on AD alone are far superior to 30 Rock, even if 30 Rock's cast and writing are on point.

AD was hitting on all cylinders in almost every episode. There's definitely been some weak 30 Rock's.

But...

Sunny>>AD>>>>>30 Rock

When the shows aired has nothing to do with the quality assessment. I enjoy watching Sunny more than AD, but I like AD more than 30 rock.

sunny is not better than arrested development, again the writing is nowhere near as good

sunny has gotten much better over time, the first 6 without devito were good but nowhere near as good as it is now. AD was consistently hysterical literally from the first 5 minutes of the pilot

30 Rock is better than the third season of AD, but not the first two.

I think Fey/Baldwin/Morgan are as strong as any three from the ensemble on AD, but that's about all they've got so they have to overmilk those three. AD just had too many good character that they could give small set pieces to without overusing for 30 Rock to really be able to compete.
