Yeah it's a bargain for sure.

Some big releases headed for the home formats this year.

finally scored the 80 blocks from tiffany's

ironically, despite it being a ny countercultural landmark of sorts, the only place in the city where i could get it was a barnes and noble. kims and the rest of the locals dropped the ball

i haven't had a chance to open yet but allegedly there is an interview with creators and some kind of booklet that reprints the og article it was based on plus other miscellaneous whatevers. sounds nice, although i'm honestly more psyched to finally see it in something other than zgrade vid quality, so that alone was worth the 20$ to me.

Word. I'm definitely copping. The last ten minutes have to be the fastest moving and most dramatic I've ever seen in a documentary.

Rabid Dogs was the one that Lamberto Bava didn't tamper with.

I've not seen House of Exorcism yet but I really loved Lisa And The Devil. HoE is basically LatD but with added scenes cashing in on the whole of The Exorcist craze from back then. Been falling behind on my movies lately.

Copped these recently.

Rituals is getting a proper release then. Might buy that too.

Looking forward to hearing if you liked the more experimental parts of storytelling in Dream Home (for a slasher), the gore is a winner without question.
Whether to Jason of Philaflava or John Podesta, I will speak my fucking perspective openly

Rituals is slated for an April release and it's listed on a few online dvd retailer sites already but knowing Code Red, I'll believe it when I see it eg. Nightmares In A Damaged Brain is still not out after how many years of "coming soon". There might be a rights dispute.

Looking forward to Dream Home a lot.

I need to see that new fist of legend remake with Donnie Yen. I am a huge fan of the first one with Jet Li.

Fist of Legend is actually a remake of The Chinese Connection aka Fists of Fury

Goddamn, great job. Reminds me I need to hit up the Borders closeout today, see if their blu-ray prices have gotten any more realistic.

Since we discussed the dvd-r release earlier in this thread, might as well mention that this is finally getting a proper release in the UK in a couple months

I just watched Legend Of The Fist: Return Of Chen Zen it's essentially a sequel to Fists Of Fury. Quite a few Bruce Lee references namely Yen running around in a Kato costume turning cracking a few skulls and the trademark sound effects of Bruce. Good film but a little overboard with the drama which left me impatient for the fighting. I prefer Fist Of Legend over this.

As for Rolling Thunder, out on 30th May over here. Can't wait.
