Watching only out of boredom. The female lead is unconvincing as hell. The fact the "Hugo" is still just "Hugo" bothers me. The saving grace of this is Sam Neil.

As far as I'm concerned its something to watch during lunch.

watched the first hour and thought it was pretty uninteresting

the cop whose partner was killed and is having a hard time moving on is the most overused character in movies and tv

I think its decent. not expecting much tho. def has that early fringe vibe to it. case of the week and build some mystery in at the end of the episode.

4 eps in and i now think it has more of a flash forward/the event vibe than fringe. the ending of ep4 where the laundry protege is led down beneath alcatraz to meet a mysterious man in a cellar is just eye rolling when you introduce it this early on. these shows keep wanting to copy something that lost did, but lost did that late in season three when there were stakes and when who was inside of the ben linus box actually mattered. that ending, which is supposed to be the alluring part to bring you back another week is the part that made me say i'm gonna be out

watched second hour last night, the sniper was more of an intriguing guy but nothing else in the episode was very interesting, it was pretty ridiculous that they just kind of guessed he would be on top of one of those buildings and he was. this might slowly unfold to something interesting, but for now, its pretty boring

need to cut the cord too. just watched the latest ep and couldn't even pretend to care what was going on. could have been redeemed if sam neil had blasted on the land miner at the end. lol at hurley 'where have these guys been. do they think they were asleep>!?' .... ten minutes later the land miner goes 'ten minutes ago i was asleep. and now its 2012?!!!!!!!!!??'
