Louis CK wrote:To those who might wish to "torrent" this video: look, I don't really get the whole "torrent" thing. I don't know enough about it to judge either way. But I'd just like you to consider this: I made this video extremely easy to use against well-informed advice. I was told that it would be easier to torrent the way I made it, but I chose to do it this way anyway, because I want it to be easy for people to watch and enjoy this video in any way they want without "corporate" restrictions.

Please bear in mind that I am not a company or a corporation. I'm just some guy. I paid for the production and posting of this video with my own money. I would like to be able to post more material to the fans in this way, which makes it cheaper for the buyer and more pleasant for me. So, please help me keep this being a good idea. I can't stop you from torrenting; all I can do is politely ask you to pay your five little dollars, enjoy the video, and let other people find it in the same way.

Sincerely,
Louis C.K.

Glad to see so many of you bought it. Really, for $5, why wouldn't you? I like when artists release things on their own, it's really hard not to support them.

I bought the show earlier today, downloaded it, backed it up on a second drive, and threw it on a USB stick. I plugged the stick into my Blu-ray player and attempted to watch it and noticed that the audio doesn't sync with the video. Haven't watched it on my computer yet, but is this a problem for anyone else? I'm hoping it's just a problem with the stick. I don't have any blank DVDs to test on.

Just did a quick test on my copy (yes, that I bought) and the syncing is fine. Really would like to see more people do this. Seems to me that this is where the distribution of entertainment is headed.

So... is it funny as fuck? I'll gladly buy it if it's worth it. Not gonna illegally download it regardless. Just don't wanna waste my time if it's not that great.

Copped. I plan to run it thru HDMI from my laptop to TV, so I'll let you know how that goes.

Purchased and loved it.

And Dan, I put mine on a USB drive and plugged it into my TV. Sync was fine throughout.
