I thought this was your autobiography documentary

i'm sad that it's not.

whatever show is on is probably not as good

i am correct to assume that this is one of those things that erroneously equates nerdy awkwardness with comedy?

nerdy awkwardness? no. the humor can be summed up by first scene of first episode:

tim's girlfriend and her parents who have yet to meet him show up early back at tim and his girl's apartment. tim is on the couch...only there's a beat up lookin' hooker crack whore on the couch too. the next 5 minutes = tim hilariously deadpanning that he does not know who the hooker is, and that in fact, he doesn't even know what the word 'hooker' means, etc. shit was funny to me.

Felt obligated to bring this thread back to the first page of CYE. People need to stop sleepin on this show. It's hilarious.

I remember seeing previews for it and thinkin it looked really bad, but after watching one episode, I'm hooked. highly recommended. Tim fights an old guy was my favorite so far.

A Hastings is having a store closing sale around my area and I got season 1 for a dollar. I was laughing my ass off last night watching the first two episodes! Loving it. Is it going to be picked up for a 3rd season?

Very underrated show. Most of my friends wrote it off after the first season but season two was very solid. It's definitely one of those show you have to give a chance. It may not grab you at first but it's dopeness is in it's subtleties.

No doubt. I've had series recording set up on on my DVR and lo and behold there it was on the schedule. I had no idea.

Indeed, I laughed the whole way through that episode.

Cheers Alaska for making this thread and putting me onto the show. I tore through season 1 & 2 in 1 day.

I had no clue it had started back up, which I found odd as I watch quite a bit of HBO. Did they even run any promos for it at all? I also read an article recently about how it had been canceled after the second season, but HBO changed their mind and ordered more episodes, no clue how I hadn't heard about that before.
