Louie - Season 4 (FX)

New season starts tonight.

Hello friend.

This is Louis C.K. I'm a comedian. You know about me from something or other. Anyway, sorry to bother you. I just wanted to let you know that my series on FX, LOUIE, returns for it's fourth season tonight at 10pm. Tonight being Monday, May 5th. There will be 2 episodes tonight, 10 and 10:30 and there will be 2 episodes every Monday for the next 7 weeks.
I took a year off between last season and this one, mostly so I could have more time to do the show, to make it better. This season is very different from past seasons. The first three episodes are pretty typical of what we've done in the past, Self-contained stories. But the next 6 episodes after that are all connected in one story. Then we have a three part story and a two part story. So lots of… parts stories. Yeah.
Anyway, I just wanted to make you aware that the show is coming back tonight.
If you live in a part of the world that doesn't get the show at the same time then I'm sorry to bother you.
I hope you all have a great Spring and summer. Enjoy the show tonight.

I miss the opening theme song, but I can live with the Woody Allen style white title on black background. First 2 episodes were great.

Actually thought the first episode was one of the weaker ones of the series. Just kind of meandered and didn't go anywhere.
Hamptons episode was great though. Model chick is in the new season of 24 too.

I love this show. Laughed out loud multiple times during both episodes.

Garbage men scene hits close to home. Those motherfuckers are out there whipping around my garbage cans at 5 AM being loud as fuck. Slamming them shits against my garage door.

The scene of the old lady helping Louie up off the street and into a cab was amazing.

Surprised to hear the F-bomb on FX. Had to rewind it to make sure I actually heard it right. Found it funny that in the second episode Louie yells out "FUCK" when his daughter goes missing and that gets censored.

I hated the first ep with the fat girl. I thought it was by far the worst ep of Louie. (a bad ep is still good though, you know what i mean.)

I found the girl to be super unlikable. Her voice and dialogue, personality, etc made me dislike her.

2nd one was pretty sad.

this is just a wild guess by me, but after watching the two newest episodes and seeing his f-bombs censored, i bet he asked the network for one uncensored "fuck" this season, and for it to be during that monologue, because if it were censored, there's a chance to lose focus on the monologue.
