Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber (March 30, 2015)

Post by bbatson1 »

The Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber assembles a dais that includes Hannibal Buress, Chris D'Elia, Snoop Dogg, Natasha Leggero, Ludacris, Shaquille O'Neal, Jeff Ross, Martha Stewart and Roast Master Kevin Hart. The occasion? To hold one of the world's biggest teen idols over an open flame.

roasts mean nothing nowadays. a roast used to be a momentous(?sp) occasion that stood as a landmark that a person had achieved some huge iconic status that was in a different stratosphere than anybody else. beibers achievements have already been eclipsed

They are still funny, not as funny. It's not so much the people they're roasting that bugs me, it's the fact that Comedy Central has gone with celebrities of comedians for the performers. That's kind of what has killed the last few imo. The Franco one was really bad because they pretty much just let his friends do it.

Plus the censored some of Jeff Ross' material from this roast. He made a Paul Walker joke and Ludacris got upset so they took it out.

Ross, burress, snoop and Leggaro were my favorites. Shaq was actually likable.
Chris De'lia was garbo and ludacris can't take a joke.

Just watched. This was really handled Bieber with kiddie gloves. The comedians were the best part as expected. Luda shouldn't have been up there. Chris De'lia was trash like everything he's ever done.

I like Burress the best. Shaq was really funny. Martha was pretty funny. It wasn't vicious enough.

The gray dude joking about his dad and 911 was bugged out. Kevin Hart was okay. He had some good moments but got corny and had some jokes that would fit Nickelodeon more than the roast. It needed more Lisa Lampanelli and Jeselnik.

This was a really good CC roast. The last two were pretty bad so I'm glad they brought it. Ludacris is a such a fag.

It is a shitty joke, but the tag he added, "What too soon? Too fast, too furious?" saved it.
