Thought this would be a lot closer.
Voted for Elaine because I think there's an argument to be made for Julia Louis being the best female comedic actress of all time.
And while Kramer might seem gimmicky to some, Michael Richards is one of the best physical comedians I've ever seen.

and somehow that video doesn't even have the one where he's leaning on the racks in the video store and it keeps sliding away.
Jerry is obv #4 and not nearly as good of an actor as the other three, but he's pretty underrated and really great as the straight man.
