Anybody going to go see it? Same director as My Left Foot (fuck you TyTaylor) and In America directed this. I'm going to see it.

*I* liked In America. It was a faithful standby that I could recommend to people who wanted something recent and good when I worked at the video store.

there was great cinematography and the script was alright but it was just too hokey for me to be a credible piece of art.

my parents loved it, i saw it with them and they thought i was crazy for not enjoying it. it just didn't grab me. it went straight for the emotional card and simply stopped short; that being using the kids' pouty faces as the only means to really make you feel sympathetic.

i keep lookin at those previews and it just amazes me that people are going to eat this up like 8 mile.

and 8 mile was actually pretty good because unlike "fiddy", eminem actually has talent so the freestyle scenes were really just the best.

In America is aiight, but pales in comparison to My Left Foot and In the Name of the Father.

I'll see this on video cause of the director, Adabize, and the DEA agent in The Limey whose name escapes me.

I'll pass, perhaps I'd be more interested if the title were Die Trying, but alas 50 will Get Rich-er from this movie, but I will not support it.

I will see this movie for the reason that he was filming it around Toronto and I saw him many times during those days

plus Bill "You know you done fucked up, right?" Duke is in it!

So is Adebisi from Oz. Legendary Black actors, fuck a Sam Jackson. 50 Cent knows how to Get Rich

I'll see his movie... cause he's going to see mine :ironmike:
