WOW
hahahahahaha
Having NEVER heard of Lil B before, i HAD to check this shit out.
Goes without saying that he is one of the worst 'rappers' ever to exist.
I'd rather listen to that pasty cracka Mac Miller than this fruity faggot.
WOW.
THis is just....

Joey fucked that dude up.
Lil B was too lazy on his diss in comparison.

sure but winning a diss battle via your number of multies is about as hollow as winning at Street Fighter by pointsardamus wrote:Joey basically outrapped him still.drizzle wrote:good comeback but the whole game-esque 'i know names of rappers' endpiece is hilariously desperate
in terms of actual damage done it's far from definitive, both had some good shots

Re: Lil B: Hop on BASE
Man, besides the retro thing, what's Joey Badass' appeal?
Re: Lil B: Hop on BASE
Joey so far is 1-0; its not the biggest hit in the world but he did go in. Lil B touched on very few things and just ended his track with really only one hot line. Joey pulled his card a bit and made it sound effortless.drizzle wrote:sure but winning a diss battle via your number of multies is about as hollow as winning at Street Fighter by pointsardamus wrote:Joey basically outrapped him still.drizzle wrote:good comeback but the whole game-esque 'i know names of rappers' endpiece is hilariously desperate

Not based on the multis (god, that word is corny) but he actually was flowing. And his lines were good.

Re: Lil B: Hop on BASE
it's that he sounds like a passing imitation of the 90s while looking like one of the new kids. which is really kinda hypocritical because so many others who do roughly the same thing in baggier pants don't get the fraction of attentionThe Ivy League Nigga wrote:Man, besides the retro thing, what's Joey Badass' appeal?

Re: Lil B: Hop on BASE
both of the disses are pretty bad.
joey bada$$ tweet "wow i'm getting so many new followers" & lil b's tweet about how joey bada$$ should thank him for making him trend on twitter sums up the entire thing.

Re: Lil B: Hop on BASE
Yup, that says more than either of these tracks. Lil B should be the easiest rapper ever to completely eviscerate in a battle due to how he's put himself out there. Lil B's whole vibe is about being weird and pushing the boundaries of what the rap audience is willing to accept. You would think B wouldn't go the battle route, and try to diffuse a battle with some kind of "I'm bigger than rap beef" or positivity angle. But since he went with it, all Joey should have done was put a mirror up to some of the more questionable shit B has done and it could be ether, but instead he did that lackluster generic shit.ackbar wrote:both of the disses are pretty bad.

Re: Lil B: Hop on BASE
the fact that the diss track came out after like 12 hours gives me the impression that joey had this "diss track" written already and just needed to tailor it to someone

Re: Lil B: Hop on BASE
cause its so hard to write a verse and upload it to youtube.
Re: Lil B: Hop on BASE
drizzle won't get that reference. good one though.thekeentwo wrote:SLOW IT DOWNdrizzle wrote:sure but winning a diss battle via your number of multies is about as hollow as winning at Street Fighter by pointsardamus wrote:Joey basically outrapped him still.drizzle wrote:good comeback but the whole game-esque 'i know names of rappers' endpiece is hilariously desperate

nah, he still lost the battle so far, IMO. the songs where he's using that not that hoes-on-my-dick style of rapping is what Lil B probably should've dissed Joey with. he just went with something way too basic.........drizzle wrote:doesn't matter who raps what cause the real winner of this beef is this gif

Nope.thekeentwo wrote:cause its so hard to write a verse and upload it to youtube.
But the guy came out Lil B unprovoked and then put up a lackluster diss as soon as the based got put up a diss track.
It's way too fucking fishy.
