EPMD and Roger Troutman

Post by djfilthyrich »

I had posted on here years ago asking if anybody knew what was being said on the chorus to EPMDs 'Crossover', but nobody could tell.
I finally found out:

"Whatever you want
Whatever you need
I'll do it for you"

Figured I'd post it here again for the people who were also wondering.

Here's the original sample (58 second mark). Also check out the funky drums at the end.

And I came across this joint while doing my search....Roger Troutman feat EPMD. Never knew about it before....Thought it might be new to some of you guys too.

I didn't have time to dig around for my cd, but I found a working link. Fairly certain my cd single was a promo version with a different track list.
