I hope these links work. In my folder on my iMac it says last modified Nov 2005. I def downloaded this shit before that, so who knows. Hope it works and can bare any fruits. All the songs are labeled by number and not track name so who knows. Haven't been on a Nature kick in a while :fail: quality can't be too good considering the source and more compressing, but if even one song is new to someone it's always worth it..

Thanks for the upload, pradadon! Will take a listen. I agree with you...this forum is definitely more mature than other hip hop forums. Better to just keep it to the music, and leave the b.s. to the other sites.

Good luck with the brunch, and let us know if you end up getting any answers from Nature.

Looks like we had our first major win! Nature (and his DCM camp) replied to me again, this time detailing that 'Roots' is actually 'Black Showbiz'.

So that now means that we've heard every track on the advance.
I think the fact that he couldn't remember the name 'Roots' either means that Trackmasters named the track on the advance, or that the advance in the pic is fake (which I doubt since DJ Rhude clicked 'have' on the advance page on discogs. Hopefully Step One can get some answers out of DJ Rhude as to the authenticity of the advance, and maybe even a rip.

I replied and asked Nature for CDQ rips of Biddin It, All Out, etc. Let's see what he says....

The homie dirtdog came through again with a rip of this Nature track (labeled 'interlude' on the promo version) from Tony Touch "The Piece Maker 2" compilation

A little update...

For some reason I can't embed the screenshot...I'm getting the error msg "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image", so you can just click on the link below.
http://imgur.com/a/kocVC

I saw a post on a forum where a guy said he asked Nature for a CDQ of Biddin It, and Nature sent it to him (unfortunately the guy stupidly just burned it to 1 CD, which he ended up losing), so I asked Nature if he'd send me a CDQ of Biddin It too. He replied saying that it should be on the next Queens Classics. So apparently vol.2 is in the works. You heard it here first!
Hopefully the sound quality will be better than Vol.1.
I'm actually in touch with his label now, and mentioned that I've been in touch with a bunch of his fans on various msgboards. After all my tweets, they were interested to get some feedback for the upcoming volume, so we've been conversing over email. I'll give them our wantlist, as well as mention the sound quality. The discussion started already, and they asked me what I thought of Nature re-recording "All Out" and "Murder 4 Hire".....I responded by saying that OG versions are always the best, but if they don't have it in good sound quality or without DJ tags, then re-recording it would be the next best thing. I'm assuming that if they had to ask that question, that Nature doesn't have those tracks in his possession anymore in CDQ. So it looks like we're making some progress, and happy that we now have a direct line to give our input.

So to everyone: If you have any suggestions or requests for Queens Classics 2, drop it in this thread and I'll mention it to the label.

P.S. if you want to view some of my past and future public convos with Nature and his label, or just wanna follow a hip hop junkie, follow me on twitter:

In 2002, there was a track on the Queensbridge Finest ‎– The Saga Continues compilation called "QU-EE-NS" that featured Nature, Capone, & Willie Stubz.

Here's the full track:

I wasn't really feelin Willie's verse, so I edited out his verse so it's now only Nature & Capone. Thought you guys might wanna have a copy:

I encoded it back into Apple Lossless format so that I didn't have to recompress the audio and degrade the sound quality again

It's a shame Nature doesn't even have his own tracks on any format

Yeah, seems like he still has a few of them, but from the sounds of it I don't think organization was his strong point lol

Here's an edit I did of his collab with Daytona called "Get Off My Cloud". The beat uses the same sample as MC Eiht used on 'All For The Money'. I removed Daytona's verse, so it's just Nate on this....

I managed to find it with no DJ tags on a bootleg called 'Lost Tapes', but unfortunately it's a bad vinyl rip (the same one that this guy uploaded in this video)

I EQ'd it to give it some bass and it sounds better now, but the quality still isn't the greatest. I re-encoded to Apple lossless so it wasn't compressed again.....

Nature "Queen's Classics Vol.2" is out now on Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music etc. Retail downloads should be available soon.

Image

1. Allure Intro
2. What u ridin w/ Half a Mil
3. The Warning
4. Enemy of the state w/ Cardan & Styles P
5. Sometimes I wonder w/ Nas
6. To my advantage (prod by Pete Rock)
7. Friday nights w/ Nore
8. Metal thangs pt 2 w/ FT & Fat Joe
9. Freeze w/ Nore, Capone & Musaliny
10. Black Showbiz
11. In Jail (Bidding It)
12. Shoot ya clips out
13. Day to day w/ Littles
14. 25 to Life w/ Xzibit, Ja Rule, Juvenile & Reptile
15. Im Coming w/ 50 Cent & Memphis Bleek

Unfortunately they didn't learn from the first volume...still full of bad tape rips, tracks tagged with DJ's, etc.
I got excited when I saw 'In Jail(Biddin It)' on this compilation...only to find out it's the same bad mixtape rip with Clue tags. A clear untagged version would be worth the price of the comp alone.
Black Showbiz is on here too, but it's the same crappy rip that's floating around the net too. Even the rips of tracks like 'Enemy Of The State', 'Sometimes I Wonder', and '25 To Life' are actually WORSE than what's available out there. Big disappointment

Are they charging for this? Shame they can't be bothered to put something more legit and professional out there.

So far it's only streamable which is (sort of) free. Yeah, I'm pretty sure organization and storage wasn't one of Nature's strong suits lol

DCM has a bandcamp. They will most likely sell vol 2 on there... vol. 1 is there as well as some other queens artists stuff. I want the deluxe version of screwballs y2k which includes tracks from the advance copy and some of the 12” but im afraid to purchase after hearing about the sound quality of the nature releases
