Saul Williams

Post by Philaflava »

Somebody at work let me borrow his FADER release. I see that Serj from S.O.D. did a lot of work on this album, as well as one of the 50 best emcees (Zach) making a cameo.

Has anyone heard this? Any track recommendations?

I will say Black Stacy is the best cut and his live performance of it on MTV is the best thing I have heard from Saul....shouldn't this be in 2 cents. As for the album....its all over the place...didn't have much replay value.

No we'll leave M2C for Dipset, :wutang: and the dirty south rapper of the moment. I don't really look at Saul as hip-hop anyways.

The album is interesting. Saul stepped into a new direction on it, singing on tracks (bad choice for him) Telegram is one of the few good joints. That Bad Brains sample is off the holograph.
