zoom in as close as possible on teh waveform, and highlight the part on each channel(s)..then edit it so the volume is 0%..there goes the click..

you should configure your torrent client to use non default ports..ISPs can throttle traffic on certain ports..once you config the client, open those ports in your firewall

download and install the client
visit the webpage
click the link, whcih will open the torrent
select where you want to save it
wait for it to finish
leave your torrent app open so you can continue to seed, thus keep alive, the torrents so everyone else can download

its really very simple
