i watched it too. really well done. went on a bit longer than i thought it would, and it didnt have the tight knit over lapping stories of the first one. was a bit weird to watch the first half and some go on before the previous, then the last story occur after the first one.

as i understand it, grrm is adding things he wished he'd put in originally.

i think it was bound to happn that the white walkers/dark one showed up mythology with melisandre and arya opens up this season.
