I used to have a box set (VHS) of Rudy Ray Moore movies. It had Dolemite, The Human Tornado, Petey Wheatstraw, Disco Godfather and a couple of others I can't remember. Glorious set.

Watched Wanted and Crank this weekend. The former was better than I expected and the latter was a bit of a disappointment (but still enjoyable). I've got Crank 2, Transporter 3, Commando (which I haven't seen in years), Predator and four Seagal movies lined up for this week.

It's laying flat. The latest rental disc has some very minor scratching, but there have been discs that looked like they'd never even been opened and it wouldn't read them.

Reason went a little nuts, but he's right about O'Neal.

By the way, he shot 43% not 49% in 03/04. He never shot better than 48% as a Pacer.

Xbox 360 question (unreadable disc error)

Back in June I bought a 360 (Arcade). For the first couple of weeks everything was fine. Then it quit playing rented and used games. The game would load and run for a few minutes then I'd get an unreadable disc error. I tried cleaning the discs, using a DVD cleaner on the console and all the "fixes"...

The Jermaine O'Neal pick was just my inner meathead callin' the shots. He's been one of my favorite players in the league for several years now. Plus, the 75% FT potential out of a PF/C slot really had me hoping that he'd play 70 games, which he did, but most of 'em were underwhelming. He's still o...

Thought the name looked familiar. I'm a fan of Sealab (even post-Murphy) and Frisky Dingo (to a lesser extent) and H Jon Benjamin is just fantastic.

Wasn't Adam Reed involved in Sealab 2021 and Frisky Dingo? Given his and H. Jon Benjamin's involvement I'm pretty excited. The pilot was solid.

His comic is/was considered pretty exceptional. I'm guessing that translated to sales.

I'm using Hulk, Thing, Spider-Man and Deadpool.

I enjoyed $5 Million Later, or whatever the mixtape with Lil Flip's called. I don't see what separates him from the hundreds of other Houston mixtape rappers, though.

That song you posted is awful.

Urban Justice - aka Seagal In The Hood. Seagal has to solve his son's murder while talking like he grew up in the hood. Danny Trejo was on the cover, so I was ready for a Seagal/Trejo battle or better yet team-up. He's in the movie maybe five minutes and they just talk. Eddie Griffin's gang leader i...
