Re: Prospects

also i wonder whom will be the better nba player: tyler ennis or tyus jones :killacam: i know tyus has one of the most advanced/brilliant MINDS of any point guard prospect in a long time, maybe since cp3 but tyler has a slightly more projectible nba body/physicality and isn't a slacker mentally him...

Time to interrupt this USF pow wow. Gotta show some love for family friend Cuonzo Martin accepting thr head coachi. job at Cal. Tennessee was not appreciative. Parker said on Sportsnation yesterday that the sophomore housing story isn't true. Because he's a Mormon, you're not supposed to lie and shit, so you gotta give him the benefit of the doubt.

Joel Embiid just announced for the draft today. It's not surprising. It's better if he's not the first overall pick. He'll have to live up to too many expectations.

As I mentioned earlier, anybody that leaves Kentucky early other than Julius Randle or James Young need to reevaluate their decision. They'll be making a huge mistake.

Re: The Official NCAA Basketball Thread

Derrick Gordon coming out of the closet is becoming less of a big deal because of Jason Collins and Michael Sam. It's a good thing, but people making the comments on social media on why they do they feel the need to come out just need to get over themselves. It's going to always be a story because g...

Jim Calhoun left UConn for dead after they had the academic sanctions. Coach Kevin Ollie kept it together. Last year he BARELY had a contract. Now he's a champion. Salute.

Two fouls apiece on Daniels and Boatright. They're out the game and that's a huge reason why the gap is closing in the lead.

The Huskies are hella quick and it shows. UK has been forced to take a lot of bad shots.

Two years ago I called Lamb, Napier, and Boatright the best backcourt in the nation. Bazz and Ryan are cooking tonight.

What's overrated about UK's freshman lineup is that Darkari Johnson didn't start until recently. Willie Cauley-Stein started most of the season.. The only underclassman on this squad who should jump to the NBA without hesitation should be Julius Randle. Everybody else is playing with fire. James You...

All the analysts are trying to say the Cats are going to take the chip tomorrow night. I've underestimated UConn all tournament. I believe they're gonna take it to Kentucky. Their defense will cause fits to Andrew Harrison among other folks.

Would have never penciled in UConn for the national championship game at the outset of the tournament. Congratulations to the Huskies and to Coach Ollie. That's a South Central Los Angeles product from Crenshaw High.

Likewise. Florida has one of the best defensive teams in the country. Offensively, they are mediocre and are prone to scoring droughts.

Re: The Official NCAA Basketball Thread

I see why they put the games on the Turner channels today. If your team made it to the Final Four, they allowed the schools broadcast team to provide the homer commentary. That's kinda cool, I guess. I've been watching the national commentary version with Jim Nantz, Greg Anthony, and Steve Kerr. Can...
