Re: Is This Kat Really Serious With These PRICES?!!

The label that did release this CD also put out another one called "South Central Funktion" that never appeared nowhere else before, which is a collection of rare tracks produced by Battlecat. Apparently, Battlecat worked directly with them, giving access to his Masters, so I don't think he's the cr...

I'm the "hidden" man behind this release... Holla at me if you want more infos. ;)

And by the way, it's a pretty dope CD to cop if you miss that vintage Cold 187µm sound.

Re: Terror Green FULL DEMO! Heavy Jewelz Records

Dude, stop CRYING!! If a vinyl-only label only wants to put their shit out there on vinyl and NOT offer up a digital version, I think that's great! Like I've said a million & one times, if you're a Hiphop head, then there's NO REASON that you shouldn't own a fuckin turntable and vinyl. I wish every...

Re: Terror Green FULL DEMO! Heavy Jewelz Records

dope. I love the offer high quality digital downloads. I always though all the releases should offer that. Even if I buy the vinyl I'd pay for a digital dl of the master rather than ripping my own vinyl. There's will probably always sound better. Agree. This is a huge benefit, I think. I don't real...

Re: Ill Style Live 1995 (video?!)

Something I always wondered about on the recording of the event was the Juggaknots song 'I'm Gonna Kill You' - it sounds like it is being played off a record (it sounds exactly the same as the version of the song on the Juggaknots EP) with some audience sounds added in the background, as opposed to...

if i'm not mistaken, the other side of the Atlantic is not much into foreign stuff unless they're dubbed or something. You're wrong lol. "Basket Case" is a huge classic among French horror fans (and I guess European fans in general). For example, Henenlotter was invited to my hometown just a few mo...

I did this last year using beats from both versions of "Petestrumentals", might be worth listening to if you can endure French rapping lol :

It was produced & released by a small French label, there's even one guy from my hometown who did a few beats on the album. Pretty cool record, nothing groundbreaking though.

Re: TROY-era albums you have never listened to...

Bought this GB album the week it dropped, and I think it's their weaker LP. The group was reduced to a duo (Face & Willie), and they relied on so many featurings that the album sounds like a compilation at times, which is not a very good thing. It's their less cohesive effort, even though some beats...

Re: Omniscence - Sharp Objects EP

As far as International sales go, these small labels would make more money with CD's than Vinyl's. Shipping costs have increased drastically, so a lot of people are not able to afford 20$ and sometimes more for vinyls. Most of these artists have dedicated fan bases in Europe more than in their own c...
