Like a retard, I didn't even notice the name similarity till someone pointed it out to me. Anyone who hears the music and thinks Rocky Bit Aesop is a dumb ass.
I'm also looking forward to hear what new shit ASAP Rocky comes with.

the part of the show where the rapper asks the crowd why they're standing still ...

Yeah, the crowd was kinda wack. It was a friends and fam thing, so nobody was really amped. It was just like an all day BBQ/Party with some rapping at the end. It was fun up on stage though. I think people just wanted to see if Rocky could pull off a live show. It got tense at the end of the night when we were all getting into different whips to head uptown. LES gangs were lurking heavy.

Why do these kids rap over their own vocal tracks live? I do not understand what part of the game this is...

Heard Peso today. I'm diggin' it, but mostly because it doesn't sound NY at all.
Thanks for the compilation.

That ASAP Nast/Ty Nast dude is just as dope to me, although it seems like he only has 3 songs out there. I hope they can both keep putting out solid material.

I get what people like about this stuff...but I remain kinda unimpressed. Beats are cool but the end product just reeks of style-over-substance-yet-the-style-is-borrowed.

after all this Odd Future garbage over the last few months, the last two days have given me faith that hip-hop is very much alive, well, and in the hands of some bright and talented young individuals.
I'm going to be the Dids of this shit but man this dude is my new favorite rapper, if you would have told me "some dude is going to rap over bittersweet symphony" I would say "dude, mindbender will always be a faggot." Yet, ASAP Rocky killed that fucking shit... I'm loving it folks, lovin it!
