this is great. really like the feedback that comes in around the 1:00 mark. change ups/transitions in general are great and feel natural. good stuff

never heard the original but digging this. the chops and the beginning especially. not really feeling the kick and snare sounds that come in about half way through. i like the programming but they could use some saturation or something. as is they sound a little flat. don't get me wrong though, this is cool overall

Just finished working on this one. I'm still getting the feel of using Beatmaker 2 via the iPhone. Excuse some of the tempo issues on the track.

Joey Stylez is the chief of all Indians. In the last year, Joey has been on point, he's just dropped his newest mix-tape, 'Medicine Man'. What sets this mix-tape aside, is that each song has a video included. Joey's lyrics are among the best in Canada, his delivery and dedication to his native roots has created an iconic buzz throughout the Canadian hip-hop scene.

thanks man

the full beats arent anywhere yet... still kind of figuring out what im going to do with them... they will get out there though... and sooner rather than later... maybe with rappers, maybe as full instrumental songs, maybe as beats on a beat tape... and most likely all of the above

as far as making em... im making them as i go... one of the reasons i started the #beataday thing was to create a healthy stockpile of beats...

ill probably leak a few of the full beats soon.. ill definitely keep :phila: updated

thanks for the props tho  ... i really wasnt sure if id be able to pull it off in the beginning... but after the first month its been pretty smooth sailing

Got my MPC FINALLY!!!. I re-did this beat, since the original was off counts. Enjoy, comments or suggestions are welcomed, they can give me more ideas. I'm a boom-gap dude, but I wanna be as versatile as possible. Just crawling before I walk. Peace!

damn man, i definitely couldn't pull that off. my workflow is pretty terrible. it took me weeks to respond to this... 61 is dope. from the snippet, sounds like something off the Armand Hammer LP. look forward to hearing whatever these turn into
