Nice! I remember Knowledge literally rapping about being a pirate on a DJ S&S tape back in the day. Good for him. Lol.

The song I’m thinking of is called “Ahoy!” On the HWA take. Not on YouTube but on Apple Music. Worth a listen. His stories about Pharrell are cool too.
the album is pretty good, at his best moments he kinda comes off like Mase to Roc's Puffy. When he's not that he's still good enough at ripping off Roc to be entertaining.

Only got the chance to listen to Flintlock once, but I really liked it. Way better than I expected it to be.

I could probably enjoy an EP of pirate, but I'm finding it hard to get through the entire album in one sitting.

Likewise. Well, I've listened to it loads in one sitting whilst at work, but I'd be hard pressed to pick a standout track. Kind of blends into one.
I noticed he was going the Roc Marciano route and and selling the digital release for $25. Spoiling himself somewhat.

This is out.
The title, cover and tracklist are all extremely promising.

I’m all for supporting artists I like, but $30 was sticker shock for 12 tracks in 2018. Good luck Roc.

Looks like it's gonna be distributed by Fat Beats so I'm gonna hold off until it's up there.

It's out digitally already.
Got to be honest, only given it one spin but it hasn't grabbed me in the same way RR2 initially did.

this is one of those albums that wont grab you immediately, but the more you listen the more layers you peel back. i'm liking the solo cuts more than the collabos right now. 1000 deaths is dope.

Wasn't sure if this was going to go the way of Pimpire or Marci Beacoup. Worried it'd be closer to the latter.
