Rappers who sound alike
Inspired by the thomasv's blog http://philaflava.blogspot.com/2008/12/ ... ne-by.html
Charli 2na sounds exactly like Brother J.
Yogi (The CRU) sounded a lot like Q-Tip.

we're so white
beyond individual examples.... generally any time a rapper affects a specific 'unusual' voice pattern, he is liable to get lumped in with a bunch of others
gruff voiced ny rappers are the best example of this. nasal rappers and double time southern dudes too.
obviously, the more familiar you are with the artist catalog, the more distinguishable he is to your ear. but in passing without actively paying attention, if you tell me it's impossible to mistake herb mcgruff for nine, i'm gonna call shenenigans

If I'm not mistaken there was once a thread on here with white honesty and it stated many of us (not me) couldn't tell many of thedrizzle wrote:i hear that

I blame my Clipse situation on the fact I didn't like them that much until their 2nd official album so I guess I didn't care enough to find out more.

i'm guessing this might catch some heat, but i'm dead serious: Qtip and Magoo. they even look vaguely similar

??, i don't have mod powers in m2c and i haven't edited any of my own stuff in hereThun wrote:Drizzle, stop abusing your editing powers.
i've made some other alterations in certain threads in p&b, but they have gone largely unnoticed, were you referring to those?
anywho, it took me a sec but....

it's hard to find a good pic of the guy, but i stand by it
really have no recollection of the response to this dude when all this came out, never really listened to their stuff and wasn't in the net-rap game at the time. he's just something that pops up into my head during random 'lol 90s' moments. also, when i listen to the Scott Lark ep, who also kinda sounds similar to magoo
