Yes, there's a video thread but I spotted this at Grandgood and thought I'd post it for anyone who might be interested, which should be all of you because although the video itself is not of the highest quality it is apparent that the performance is, and it is heartwarming (nh) to see the fellas rip shit some 25+ years after the fact, the crowd is responsive and hyped not acting too cool for school or like their bowler hats and Stacy Adams suits will get damaged if they let loose and enjoy the music of their youth, I was way too young for the Fearless Four when they were big but in the early 90s when I began doing the knowledge on the old school "Rockin' It" quickly became a favorite of mine, to this day the FUNNEST rap record ever, duns had style and flow for days and this aura of having the time of their lives that so many of today's faggot blog rappers lack because they never had to rock live like this and their lives occur on Twitter while they lounge in their bedroom like faggot blog rappers.

Respect to the Martorialist for the timeless flow.

Tito was a beast. I, like you, was too young to listen to them in their glory days, but I did the same as you and went back and studied the real old school extensively on the early 90's. I actually wrote a whole blog on it that like 3 people read on my blog. lol

It's not even worth posting. Especially compared to the gems you post. I think "whole blog" statement might have been stretching it. I just mentioned in one of my posts that I had gone back and studied.

Here is the link to my now almost defunct blog. I actually really enjoy blogging and find it almost like a diary of sorts, but then I get discouraged when readership is low. Plus I realize when I read stuff you have written or others, that I really am not much of a writer and get even more discouraged. Sounds pussy, I know.

Thing is, everyone has a blog and most of them suck and it annoys me. I don't want others to lump me into that category.

This was the post when I spoke about going back. Nothing ground breaking and I'm sure most don't care lol

Early to mid 80s hip hop is completely overshadowed at this point by faggot Run DMC because 17 year old hipster faggots like their faggot t-shirts.

Treacherous Three,Fearless Four, Fantastic Five, Furious Five, Funk Four + 1, T-La Rock, Just-Ice, Mantronix >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Great clip.

Let's not forget Spoonie Gee, Jonzun Crew, the Super 3, Dr. Jeckyll & Mr Hyde, and Newcleus too :

I love that the whole pre-Run Dmc's debut album era is generally neglected by all these 4 Elementz faggotz and annoying AC Tha PD/Wicked fetishists too, because those records are far too stylish and sexy for such backpacking shitbirds.

Another great one.

Props to IDAL for mentioning Spoonie Gee. I meant to mention him, but he got subsumed when I mentioned T3, since to me he makes that group even if his inclusion renders their stage name obsolete.

You ever notice NO ONE ever brings up Stet when talking about old school hip hop? It's fucking strange. I understand they weren't exactly game changers but they had a real solid run all the way up to "Blood , sweat and no tears".

Because no Stet record leads a pasty Belgian or Nebraskan to believe that he can be a REAL LIVE DJ by cutting "Not Bad meaning bad but bad meaning good" ad nauseam.

You'd think the phrase "stop, check it out my man" would somehow find it's way into the crates of Iowa's B-boy Caucus all the way to the norwegian death scratchers. No dice.

Or the whole "ain't nothing like hip hop music..." but no. So all we hear about is Soulsonic Force and Run DMC as if nothing else happened back then.
