first was going to choose INS but had to click on keith
he has put out too many great records to not choose him, so i guess to answer wiper's question, right now it went by entire career. but INS has been slacking lately too.

I voted for El-P, because the other MCs, while better, I just don't enjoy as much, and I had to admit that El-P edged out Rass slightly in terms of MY favorite.
So I clicked the vote button, thinking "man, I'm going to be the only herb who voted for El-P".
Now I find out I'm the only herb who voted for El-P and then had the guts to admit it.
