only casually like hockey.. but went to the canucks game tonight & it was pretty dope.

inconsistent team.. but a 4-0 game is definitely the one to catch.

That 4-0 game screwed me as I have Dan Ellis on my fantasy squad. My other goalie of course is Marty Brodeur who is now out 3-4 months with a torn bicep.
What a waste of 10 bucks.

Well, 3-4 months is nothing to sneeze at but I'm glad Marty is ok and Weekes started off well against the Bolts.

I'm still kinda in a "this is bullshit" mood considering this is the record breaking year.

wow what a fucking game last night. I think that was the win the Pens needed to give them a little kick in the ass. One of the best Hockey games I have watched in a long time.

Where the hell is staal and who is the beast that they put on the ice in the 3rd. This kid is unreal. One moment he looks like a deer standing for the first time and other times players bounce off him like he playing against peewee's.

it was frustrating to watch. I thought they had them put away when it was 5-2. Im a fan of the whole staal family.

well he has 6 points in the past 4 games. hopefully he can keep it going. They got the Flyers tonight, which he usually plays well against. That line has been doing well. I just hope Therien keeps it together. Kennedy, Cooke, and Stall have been playing their asses off lately.

Joe Thornton hasn't even played well this season, maybe he's saving it for the playoffs this year. Actually, I take that back, he made Sidney Crosby look like a little kid in that game against the Pens, but aside from that, not so dominating of a performance night in and night out. Patty and the Guch are playing like maniacs though.
how about you ease up on the hotdogs?

The Pens need to stop doing this shit. These finishes are going to take a toll on me.

couple lucky bounces and shitty defensive play on the blue line on the power play and they got right back in it.

I was fucking heated when they went down 4-3.

So last year in the playoffs and for some of the regular season Lucic and Komisarek have been having an ongoing feud. Komisarek went down a little low on some hits, and was really aiming to get Lucic off his game.

They've been jawing for a little while now, and is one of the better player feuds in the game today. Well finally they went at it on thursday and Lucic did a number on him. May have a broken hand and Komi might have a broken bone in his face. Basically Lucic is the fucking man and is still only 20 years old.

You mean on Saturday? Cuz even if he won the retarded dunk contest at the end of the game, he did give up the game tying goal with one second left.

This Sharks team has been amazing to watch this year. Dallas is having their worst year in some time, now with Morrow out for the season it isn't looking like it's going to let up.

Scott Hartnell bloodied up Borer and came up with a hat trick in an epic Flyers shootout comeback. 5-1 going into the 3rd period, and the Flyers rattled off 4 over the course of the period to tie it up. They killed off a late OT penalty and came up with two straight goals + two straight stops in the shootout.

Incredible. Pretty much describes the Flyers' season thus far.
