^Yeah:

Australia's 17-7 victory over Mexico.

Korea's 14-0 victory over China.

Japan's 14-2 victory over Korea.

----

Hopefully we'll see another excellent Netherland's game tonight. All 3 so far have been nail-biters. My guess though is that they'll finally fall apart.

lets examine the real reason the netherlands are doing so well:
their pitching coach is bert blyleven ... guiding the young pitchers he refers to as his 'dutch masters'
Hey, by the way who's Curt?

^^^Yeah. Their manager Rod Delmonico has also been doing a great job.

As soon a pitcher shows any sign of weakness, they take him out right away.

No the REAL reason the netherlands beat the DR twice is because they got really fucking lucky. The Dominicans outhit the dutchies by a large margin and both games were heavily decided by errors. A fluke and just shows you how much of a crapshoot baseball can be in a short series.

^That's true too. PR and DR were constantly leaving multiple runners on base. There were several fly outs that would have been easy homeruns had it not been raining.

Me neither, but it would be funny to see the US lose.

Nah...this year's WBC has been more entertaining than most postseasons.

And it would be more surprising if the US won than if they lost. Some of the Asian and Caribbean/South American teams are ridiculous.

Sweet, the Astros get Ivan Rodriguez into camp sooner rather than later.
