Is Randy Moss's career over?

Post by an-also »

or does he still have anything left? If not, where does he rank all time among receivers?
Randy Moss Has 'Chip On His Shoulder'
14th July, 2011 - 9:12 am
Jason La Canfora/NFL.com - Randy Moss is looking forward to entering the NFL free-agent market whenever it opens, according to agent Joel Segal.

Moss went from the Patriots last season to the Vikings, then the Titans, but he starred in New England in the three previous years and has been working out relentlessly, according to Segal, who said his client is in "freakish shape."

"Randy has been working out, two-a-days, all spring and summer in West Virginia," Segal said.

"He is determined, motivated and quite frankly has a huge chip on his shoulder. Whatever team ends up getting Randy, they're going to know they're getting the old Randy Moss. He's not just coming in to be on the team, he's going to be Randy Moss -- a difference maker."

Not sure if he anything left. I would be willing to sign him cheap but only on the understanding that he is not the primary target and more of a role player unless he can show other wise.

For his place in history, I would probably rank him second or third all time and there is a legit case to be made for him being first.

The Bears should sign him and Plax.

Moss, Plax, Cutler. It's a sports pundit's dream.

he was playing well for Minn before Childress fucked it up

I think there is a little in the tank but with WRs they can fall off a cliff overnight once you get past 32

Moss will probably have a few huge games but he'll be more less the same player he's been the past two years.

He is probably the most talented WR I've seen but I still put Rice #1. Maybe 1a, 1b.

Rice is still easily number one.

If you're talking talent then Moss was is right up there, but his work ethic moves him down 3 or 4 spots for me I think.

That said, it wouldn't surprise me if Moss had a great season this year.

Moss can still be an effective primary target.

Favre needs to sit his ass down and live off that Wrangler jean guap.

With that said, Rice still shits on Moss. Anyone that thinks otherwise probably also thought Marvin Harrison was at one point a viable threat to any of his records.

That would be great if you could replace Cutler.

well, what happened was moss wouldnt practice, wouldnt work, and was pulling percy and the other kids away from the work ethic. the youngins followed moss around and instantly picked up his bad habits. thats why he was let go.

good move by chilly if youre an objective acute mind.

Also Rice was a complete WR.
