Verajao avg 17.6 boards in his last 6 games.
And the only thing about Rose that is not likable is that Hayzoos is his biggest fan.

No idea with salary how it works, but strictly basketball would Verajao for Leonard make sense for both teams?

I'd kill for that, but at this point, even Mitch is gonna have a hard time pulling something like that off. Pau's trade value is dropping by the second, are their GM's dumb enough?peanut butter wrote:http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=coyj67o

Re: ***NBA 2012-2013 SEASON THREAD***
Well Ferry seems keen on cleaning house and Smith is a guy in a contract year, who already has a friendship with Dwight. So I dont know how you take the risk of losing him outright, especially when he's shown that he's not the #2 guy that will lead ATL over the hump in the east. And Millsap is the youngest of the group and still improving. Even though he's also in a contract year, his upside is fantastic and he went to school in the south, so he may be interested in resigning in a place near home. Plus Atlanta is a considerably more lucrative town to live in than Salt Lake City. Alternatively, Pau would probably do fine around all those whities in Utah, and the Jazz would get an additional year of control under his contract.

Smith would really be a boost towards resigning Howard.
Would that put Utah over the cap? Pau's contract is toxic, @ 19 mil for a declining 32 year old charmin soft center.
But crazier shit has happened so...

George Hill was all like FUCK YO DEFENSE
Jamison, MWP, Gasol, Duhon, Meeks and Morris were a combined 4-37

No doubt. Just fun thoughts to banter around.
The end of that game was hilarious tho. Kobe couldn't do a damn thing more to lead his team. Fuckin guy scored more than half the Lakers total points. George Hill swagged out in the clutch tho and every other Laker looked like a fuckin joke down the stretch. Especially Dwight and MWP missing all four FTs in the final minute.
That squad is justin total disarray. They might get it figured out, but its gonna have to happen fast.

Re: ***NBA 2012-2013 SEASON THREAD***
Will Mavs make a trade?
Most of the 2012 free agents who signed contracts will be eligible to be traded for the first time in a few weeks and Eddie Sefko of The Dallas Morning News was asked if the Dallas Mavericks will make a move.
Sefko writes: "Very likely. But the Mavericks really can't even talk about trades until Dec. 15. ... Anyway, things will start brewing around the first of the year, I suspect. And if O.J. Mayo continues playing like he is, the Mavericks will have some decent assets. But don't expect some sort of monster deal to happen that's going to save the day. It's just not out there this year, I don't think."
The Mavs want to be major players in the 2013 free agent market and they won't make any trades that will significantly reduce their salary cap room in July. Mayo owns a $4.2 million player option for 2013-14 and he's going to decline it. It would make sense for Dallas to trade the shooting guard if they think they can't retain him with a new deal in the summer.
Belinelli benched
Jimmy Butler has now played more minutes -- 81 to 29 -- than Marco Belinelli the last four games and Tom Thibodeau wasn't willing to give a reason on Monday, but the Italian's poor defense is the main reason, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
"I think he's still learning and putting forth great effort, and he'll continue to improve," Thibodeau said. "His attitude is great, his approach is great, so he just has to be patient."
The Bulls blew a 27 point third quarter lead on Monday and lost to the Bucks. Belinelli never got off the bench.
Scola accepts bench role
Suns head coach Alvin Gentry wanted to add athletic players and spacing to the starting unit, so he moved Luis Scola and Jared Dudley to the bench. Scola is not happy with his new role, but he's being a professional and will do whatever it takes to win games.
"I'm just trying to help the team," Scola tells The Arizona Republic. "If this is what they need me to do, I'll do it the best we can. Hopefully, we can come back to a role that I feel more comfortable with in the future, but only if it's good for the team."
Scola had been a starter since his rookie season and he will likely get that spot back at some point.
Hey, by the way who's Curt?

I don't know if the Spurs would do that.naturalborn103 wrote:No idea with salary how it works, but strictly basketball would Verajao for Leonard make sense for both teams?
In today's NBA you need a good wing defender and Kawhi is the Spurs' best one. On top of that, Kawhi is getting a lot better too. The spurs would probably have to make another deal to acquire a wing defender.
